Step Five - Talk about your values, principles and core beliefs, and how you believe these align with the culture of the search committee’s organization. Describe your approach to helping people improve, grow and mature into becoming future leaders. Provide examples of when you motivated, empowered and encouraged your team to step outside of their comfort level in an effort to grow in their careers. What special things do you do for people on your team to recognize their accomplishments that they might not have experienced if they were working for another company? How have you cultivated a strong team culture and atmosphere in your organization – including remote or geographically dispersed members of your team so they felt included and part of the team?
