Randall James Monroe, Inc. has developed a national and global network of strategic contacts in the emerging discipline of privacy and information technology security. Providing global reach, we are well positioned to partner with our clients in helping them find and attract highly talented candidates on a worldwide basis.

Most recently, we have partnered with American Airlines and General Motors Corporation to conduct two of the highest profile executive search assignments in the areas of Privacy and Information Security post 9/11.

American Airlines and the consultants of Randall James Monroe have worked closely together on a newly created and very high profile executive search assignment in the area of privacy and information technology security. I thought I would take a few minutes to express my appreciation for the outstanding professional expertise and rigorous approach brought to this assignment by members of their executive search team.

Over the course of my professional career, I have been in positions where I required the expertise of a professional search firm to lead the efforts required to fill several key executive level IT positions. Based on my experiences, the search consultants of Randall James Monroe have distinguished themselves from competing firms in several unique ways. The process used to define the position requirements was rigorous and helped ensure a clear and shared understanding of the skills and characteristics that a successful candidate would need to demonstrate. Most notably, they were able to use these requirements to explore an impressive network of executive level IT / privacy related contacts and actively recruit from this network. The candidate evaluation process was among the very best I have experienced and resulted in a narrowed list of truly skilled and qualified candidates. Throughout the process, I felt that only the most highly qualified and interested candidates were being presented for our consideration. Even more rare was the feedback from candidates whom I interviewed, each had only the most positive comments on their experience of having gone through the evaluation and executive search process with Randall James Monroe. In addition, following candidate interviews, the debriefing sessions with the search consultants of Randall James Monroe proved to be extremely helpful in making key distinctions regarding each candidate presented.

In summary, I recognize the unique approach brought to the executive search process by the consultants of Randall James Monroe and place great value on the experiences I have had working with members of their executive search team. I look forward to working together closely in the future as additional opportunities arise.
