Gregory Monroe Clark
Mr. Clark entered the profession of executive
search in 1992. During his career he has been responsible
for providing leadership and direction in all areas of the
retained search process. He has successfully identified, evaluated
and attracted senior executives, as well as middle management
and senior individual contributors for a diverse group of
clients ranging in size from Fortune 100 to pre-IPO and venture
capital funded start-up companies.
His commitment to conducting classic
research-driven executive search has allowed him to both secure
and deliver highly qualified talent to all functional areas
of an organization. In addition, he brings particular expertise
in the art of candidate evaluation, ensuring a strong individual
match of skills, experience and cultural compatibility with
client-company attributes.
It is noteworthy to mention that Gregory has
been an invited speaker at industry conventions, as well as
several prestigious U.S. Universities. Topics he has addressed
have included how to select and most effectively work with
a search consultant, executive hiring, negotiating a win/win
compensation package, and retained search as a career.
