James R. Leverette
Beginning his executive search
career in 1988, he has been responsible for providing professional
representation and guidance in all areas of the retained executive
search processand has successfully conducted executive
search assignments for some of the top business organizations
in the world. Roles include Board members, C-Level executives
and their direct reports in all functional areas. He has also
supported private equity and venture capital funded companies
in finding and attracting key leadership talent.
It is noteworthy to mention
that he is a recognized thought leader on a range of topics
covering current business conditions, trends in leadership,
executive hiring and compensation related matters. He has
published numerous articles and has been interviewed for his
viewpoints by such prominent publications as The Wall Street
Journal, CareerJournal (from The Wall Street Journal), The
Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal and Workindex.com.
In addition, he has been a monthly columnist and requested
writer for TheTechMag.com.
Prior to co-founding Randall
James Monroe, Inc., he was a Partner and Senior Vice President
of THE BROADMOOR GROUP, L.L.C., an international, U.S. based
retained executive search consultancy.
Outside of his consulting and
advisory role he is a Partner in Dallas Social Venture Partners,
a venture philanthropy organization.
