Director – eBusiness Applications - Technology Services - BNSF Railway Company

Cyndi Kubich has been appointed Director eBusiness Applications. Previously, Kubich was Director, Global Brand Marketing, Communications & Events for Dell Inc., where she led teams of over 100 employees in twenty countries. Cyndi’s charter will include providing leadership and guidance for the BNSF organization in the key areas of:

• Developing and implementing the internal / external eBusiness strategy to improve product and customer satisfaction.
• Packaging creative ideas to create strong / positive customer interactions.
• Increasing Marketing and Sales effectiveness and efficiency by seizing emerging trends and opportunities to grow revenue.
• Supporting Marketing / Technology leadership through improved forecasting, planning, and performance measurement.
• Increasing business unit operations productivity / efficiency while reducing cost.
