November 29, 2007 -- Randall James Monroe, Inc., a Dallas based global executive search consultancy announces the successful completion of the following executive search assignment:

Director Real Estate Development & Acquisitions – BNSF Railway

This executive search assignment resulted in the appointment of Kurt Geringer.  Prior to joining BNSF, Geringer was Program Manager for Geographical Enterprise Solutions at Frito-Lay—handling transformational strategy and master planning. Previously, he was Manager of Facility Design, Construction and Capital Expenditures at Frito-Lay during a time of expansion to increase capacity. Geringer is an exceptionally talented leader that will play a significant role for BNSF Railway in helping expand Intermodal rail facilities and rail served industrial parks.
