RJM Announces Executive Appointment - Chief Operating Officer

Dallas Texas --Randall James Monroe, Inc., a Dallas based global executive search consultancy announces the successful completion of the following executive search assignment for:

Chief Operating Officer – The Expo Group

Mike Segura has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Segura was an Executive Director at Nortel Networks where he had leadership responsibilities and P&L accountability for three lines of business with combined revenues of nearly $1B for 2008.

As COO, Segura will oversee the tactical execution of all functional areas of the business while working closely with the Company Ownership Group, board members and other key executives in the organization to develop and implement growth oriented strategies to expand the business on a domestic and international basis.

The Expo Group is a privately held company corporately based in Irving, Texas (a suburb of Dallas) with offices in Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and Washington D.C. The company specializes in domestic and international delivery of customized exhibitor and event services contracting to the tradeshow industry and is a member of an international service organization that has 178 members representing 53 countries.
