Director SAP Governance - Technology Services - BNSF Railway Company

Jo Ann Kern has been appointed Director, SAP Governance - Technology Services for BNSF Railway. Previously, Kern was Director, SAP Program Center of Excellence for Baker Hughes Inc., where she led multiple teams and integration partners with responsibility for delivering an enterprise-wide multi-year release management strategy and global deployment for the SAP Business Suite. Kern's charter with BNSF will include setting and developing the SAP governance standards, policies and procedures to address sustainability and management of a large SAP implementation effort driving corporate-wide business innovation and improvement.
