RJM Announces Executive Appointment: Chief Financial Officer

Dallas Texas -- Randall James Monroe, Inc., a Dallas based global executive search consultancy announces the successful completion of the following executive search assignment for:

MeteorComm Communications Corporation - Chief Financial Officer

Rick Davis has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the senior leadership team, Davis will work closely with the President and Management Committee in setting MeteorComm's financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organization's overall strategy. This includes providing leadership in all financial administration, business planning, and IT related matters.

MeteorComm Communications Corporation is based in Kent Washington and jointly owned by the four (4) largest railroad companies in the United States. This joint-ownership and Management Committee is comprised of BNSF Railway (BNSF), Union Pacific (UP), Norfolk Southern (NS) and CSX. An interoperability agreement has been signed to join together and implement an automatic train control system that prevents train collisions and over speed accidents, meeting the criteria of the 2008 Railroad Safety Improvement Act (RSIA) mandating the implementation of positive train control (PTC) on certain railroad mainlines. MeteorComm's primary charter is to deliver and support an open standards-based, interoperable Positive Train Control (PTC) Communication System to all railroad companies requiring compliance with the RSIA and subsequent Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) PTC mandate.
