RJM Announces Executive Appointment: President

Dallas Texas -- Randall James Monroe, Inc., a Dallas based global executive search consultancy announces the successful completion of the following executive search assignment for:

ESI - President

This engagement resulted in the appointment of George Platt as President of ESI. Prior to joining ESI - Platt was Executive Vice President and General Manager for WS iNET Inc. He also previously served as Senior Vice President for Global Channels and Sales Operations for Intervoice, Inc.

Platt's charter will be to assist the Company's CEO and Board of Directors by focusing on the sales, marketing and technical service functions of ESI - while handling additional operational functions that will be added to his responsibilities over time.

ESI designs and manufactures high-efficiency, low-cost business communications products that target businesses of various sizes (with an emphasis on small and medium-sized organizations). The Company is headquartered in Plano, Texas.
