RJM Announces Executive Appointment: Vice President Sales and Marketing

Dallas Texas -- Randall James Monroe, Inc., a Dallas based global executive search consultancy announces the successful completion of the following executive search assignment for:

Vice President Sales and Marketing — Northern White Sand LLC.

Mike Crnkovich has accepted the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previous to joining Northern White Sand, Crnkovich had responsibility as General Manager of Energy Sales for Unimin Corporation—the world's leading producer of quartz proppants (frac sand) and a major producer of resin coated sand proppants for oil and natural gas stimulation and recovery. Crnkovich will lead the effort to grow sales revenues and gain new market share for NWS by leveraging his industry knowledge and contacts gained in the hydraulic fracturing sector of the energy industry.
