RJM Announces Executive Appointment — Top Human Resources Leader

Vantage Data Centers — Director Human Resources

Courtney Adams has been appointed Director Human Resources. As a member of the executive leadership team, Adams will provide the overall leadership of Human Resources for Vantage Data Centers operations. This includes serving as an integral part of the Company's executive leadership team with specific accountabilities to develop the functional area of Human Resources for the Company by leading the alignment and development of culture, talent and organizational design required to support the Company's strategic goals and the full realization of their people's potential.

Vantage Data Centers is a rapidly growing, Private Equity funded company focused on design, construction and leasing/operating custom data centers for Fortune 1000 customers. Vantage Data Centers is the leader in pure-play wholesale data centers, with campuses in Santa Clara, California and Quincy, Washington and plans to expand to other regions in the United States.

Vantage develops highly efficient and customizable data centers that give tenants strategic operating advantage based on 1) the ability to significantly reduce data center capital and operating expense; 2) unprecedented customization of electrical, mechanical and architectural designs to support tight integration with IT infrastructure; and 3) dedicated substations for wholesale power rates, minimum transport loss and 2N electrical redundancy from the substation to the data center floor.
